Boxing is a total-body workout that helps achieve a number of fitness goals, from cardiovascular health to weight loss to improved balance, strength and agility. Most of all, it is exhilarating and fun! Based on a set of physical and mental skills that combine to test personal courage, physical endurance and mental focus, boxing is mentally and physically challenging - and a great workout!
To become a pro, you’ll need to “Train Like A Pro’! Stop by and join us for our Train like a Pro Classes! Monday – Friday @ 12:30 pm and 6:00 pm and Saturday @ 10 am. This circuit training class consists of six stations; rotating to each station 3x, two rounds of “pistons”, an ab workout and stretching to finish the 1.25 hour class.
Adults (ages 15+) are also welcome to become a monthly member and utilize all the gym has to offer during operating hours.
